These guys are a mother foooking masterclass!

Exceptional service, great communication throughout the entirety of my service, they went above and beyond my wildest expectations!

It was absolute honor to have you all work on my car!

Huge shout out to Dwayne he was exceptional at following up with the insurance company time and time again.

Highly recommended, 5 STAR service from everyone I interacted with.

Also the front desk receptionist was stellar,  she deserves a huge raise and a bump to her 401k.

I expect both her and Dwayne to get a Christmas bonus or $200 dollars in gift cards.

I brought my 2017 Toyota Highlander AWD in here after I hit a large metallic object that fell off another vehicle and completely damaged my front fender. Karl Malone Toyota body shop was able to work with my insurance and we got a new bumper on, plus they helped me with a new battery I had put on myself (a diehard Platinum AGM for the stop/start technology).  They fixed my battery that was supposed to fit with some copper and I really appreciated it.

Dustin C. was also very helpful and courteous in explaining the time it would take to fix the vehicle and in letting me know when it was ready. Karl Malone Toyotas body & paint shop has been absolutely exceptional to work with!  Especially Dustin Chapman, the estimator there. He has been very thorough and helpful, as well as patient, every step of the way, navigating a very unique auto claim of ours. They have gotten in our vehicles ahead of the proposed timeline and also been very flexible with our schedules. Our brand new car door got hit. It ended up having a big gash in it and the car frame was slightly dented right behind that door. I was amazed how good of a job they did - honestly looks brand new again, with no sign of a repair. They also cleaned inside our car which was really nice to see. They were super kind and willing to help out with the complexities of a rental car (including rides) and insurance.
